Store Policy
The return policy is as follows:
As long as the item is unworn, un-altered in any way, unwashed and in its' original condition, it can be returned for store credit. Original shipping costs are not refundable.
Returns must be made within 30 days of receiving. It is suggested to get tracking for returning packages as we are not responsible for any lost packages while in transit. We are also not responsible for returning shipping costs.
Check items for any damage as soon as they are received. All items are thoroughly checked before shipping and replacements (if available) or store credit will only be issued within 3 business days of its arrival.
We cannot guarantee exchanges because the specific item and size may not be in stock.
Items which are monogrammed, personalized, or embroidered are NOT eligible for return. Please double check all personalizations, as it will be personalized EXACTLY as you type it in. We are not responsible for any errors made by the consumer during the time of purchase.
Returns will be processed within 5 business days of receiving.
